CBCU Notice
Notice is hereby given that the Nominations Committee will receive nominations to fill vacancies on the Board of Directors of Cape Breton Credit Union Limited. The terms of four Directors have expired and four members will be elected for terms of three years each to fill these vacancies. Elections will take place at the credit union’s annual general meeting to be held on March 20, 2023.
In order to facilitate the preparation of ballots, if necessary, all nomination forms must be completed, placed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Nominations Committee, and left at the credit union office by 5:00PM on Friday, March 10, 2023.
