You can manage your money at home any time of the day or night, whenever it suits your schedule. In fact, MemberDirect® Online Access lets you do almost anything you can do at your local credit union. And we’re always upgrading the system to add more new features. Your Personal Access Code (PAC) guarantees that the system is completely secure. You’ll be amazed at how easy it is to use.
Here’s what you need to get started:
•If you do not already have an account with Cape Breton Credit Union, you’ll need to open one.
•You’ll also need a Personal Access Code (PAC). This code ensures the security and confidentiality of the system. Contact us and we can set one up for you.
With MemberDirect® Online Access you can:
•Transfer funds. (future dated, immediate, recurring)
•View and print your statement information with e-Statements
•Pay bills. (current or postdated)
•Apply for a Loan
•Search for specific account information
•Access your Credit Union MEMBER CARD® debit card account information
•Look up current U.S. and British exchange rates
•Transfer funds from one member number to another within the credit union
•And more

Set up alerts to come through email or text to automatically notify you of certain changes made through online or mobile banking. This way, you can catch if something doesn’t seem right and contact us for help.
There are seven Direct Alert types to choose from:
- New Bill Payee Added
- Member Services Alert – Enhanced Personal Messages
- Online Banking Locked Out (Incorrect PAC)
- Personal Access Code (PAC) Changed
- Online Banking Locked Out (Incorrect Response to Security Question)
- Balance & Activity Alerts (Interac® e-Transfer recipient added)
