Our Online Banking has been improved

Let’s show you Step by Step what you need to do the first time you login into our new system. 

• Go to CBCU.ca as you usually do, and click Login at the top right.
• Type your member number.
• Type your Access Code (PAC).
• Click Login.
• Enable 2-Step Verification (You can choose between email or phone)
• Once Send Code is selected, a verification code is sent to the entered mobile phone or email.
• Enter the verification code
• Click Continue

You have completed the 2-Step Verification setup.
